Weekly and Monthly Reservation Rates

Special rates in effect - We have rolled back our prices to 2003!

  • Weekly Rates- $1,500. per week up to 4 adults.
  • Monthly Rates- $4,500. per month up to 4 adults.
  • 15% surcharge for each additional adult (over the first 4 adults)
  • There is no extra charge for  children under 12 years in a family.
  • All rates plus 11.41% Hawaii sales and hotel tax.
A $400.00 deposit for U.S. residents, $600 deposit for non-U.S. residents will temporarily serve to hold a reservation for an open period, provided a lease and 1/2 the rental payment are promptly completed.  Clean-out fee is $200. The deposit, upon completion of your stay, will be returned to you, less any charges.
